Deli Social
Launched June 2021Deli Social is a creative culinary centre in Lausanne designed entirely by Cocktail Sandwich.
The bespoke interior celebrates Swiss beech and foamed aluminium in an experimental and local aesthetic.
The space is centred around gastronomic experimentation, conviviality and deliciousness. The front is open to the public with a seasonal lunch counter and culinary magazine selection. Towards the back, the experimental kitchen and workspaces are home to the unique culinary residency program, Mise en Place.
