September 2019To celebrate the launch of three new ALATA aperitifs, Cocktail Sandwich created a bespoke mountain tasting experience. Set in a former cow shed in Valais, Switzerland, guests enjoyed a four course seaonal menu with paired ALATA cocktails, cooked by fire and consumed by candlelight.
