Immersion at Niels Rodin

We collaborated with Mise-en-Alpes to put on a series of intimate meals in the greenhouses of exotic citrus grower Niels Rodin. Every dish of the five-course menu celebrated a different fruit or spice from the amazing farm and was complemented with a paired cocktail. 

Cinnamon ginger broth, black smoked lemon dust, buddha’s hand garnishes and blackcurrant sage tea were just some of the original conponents of our menu.
