Spring in the Forest

March 2019

A multisensory journey into a paper-like forest glade. Below the looming sun, our diners were transported through the tastes, sounds and ambiances of spring. The four-course tasting menu and a communal table brunch celebrated the flavours that mark the end of winter and the dawn of spring.
