The Hotel American
November and December 2019The Hotel American is part recreation, part fictional imagination, of a hotel established at the end of the 19th century by Charles Ranhofer, one of the world’s first celebrity chefs.
A group banqueting experience, our interpretation of The Hotel American picked out themes, flavours and tendances from the Ranhofer era and re-viewed them through a modern lens. The result was a smart, casual, fun and inventive evening of small bites, large feasting dishes, classic cocktails and fine wine pairings.
