February 2020Five bespoke food stations that took guests on a culinary exploration of temperature through colour, taste, touch and sound.
We served mini buns on hot red metal, Swiss saffron arancini on warm felt curves, fresh and crunchy bites in a green garden, refreshing cocktails from a cool blue pool, and ice-cream-filled bears on a giant block of ice.
Designed and built for a private client in Bern, Switzerland, in collaboration with LMLM.
